Nathaniel Z. Conley

Nate Conley handles estate planning and estate administration matters at Helix Law Firm. He knows the problems that can arise from poor estate planning and poorly drafted documents. His goal is to avoid these problems ahead of time by drafting detailed, thoughtful estate plans for clients. During probate and trust administration, disputes can arise in many ways. Nate's legal philosophy is to find the quickest and most cordial solution possible, but always be ready to fight for his clients when necessary.
Nate previously worked at San Diego Law Firm with Tom Parashos. After Tom founded Helix Law Firm, Nate began working with him at the new firm. Nate has also spent many years working on the technology side of providing legal services. He uses this knowledge to help Helix Law Firm find innovative ways to streamline its processes and better serve its clients.
Nate grew up in Kailua, Hawaii and attended college on the mainland. After graduation, he spent 3 years as a medic in the Army, including one deployment to Iraq, before attending law school in Chicago. He then moved to California and eventually settled in San Diego. In his spare time Nate enjoys movies, reading, writing, running, and playing pool. He spends most of his time with his wife, Annie, and their 2 children, Luke and Noah.
